To celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 22nd September, trainers and members at Ponteland’s No1 Gym took on a 100 mile in 12 hour rowing challenge to raise funds for St Oswald’s Hospice in Newcastle.

A chance shopping experience at our Dunston shop where Angela saw a poster advertising the need for volunteers completely changed the course of her life and would lead to a huge boost in her mental health.
