At St Oswald’s Hospice, we are committed to providing an excellent service to our patients and their families, carers and our supporters.

Feedback directly to the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

If you’re not sure about sharing your feedback directly with us, that’s no problem. You can submit feedback to our regulating body, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), using the link below.

Please note that any feedback you provide to the CQC is confidential and will not be shared with us at St Oswald’s Hospice unless there is a significant concern.
