Enter Our 2027 Calendar Competition

Competition Guidelines

1. File format: Photographs and artwork must be sent in a PDF, PNG, or JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
2. Photographs must be in landscape orientation.
3. Work must showcase, celebrate or take inspiration from the North East of England.
4. Entrants under 18 will need their parent/guardian to apply on their behalf.
5. Entrants can submit up to 10 photographs.
6. By entering your work for consideration, you agree that if selected, it can be used by St Oswald’s Hospice to feature in one of our 2027 calendars which will be sold in our shops and online to raise funds for our charity
7. You must be the sole author and owner of all intellectual property rights of the work entered. Or if the work is not your own in full, you must have sole permission in writing from the copyright owner/s to use his/her work. Source material or proof of permission in use of another person’s work must be made available on request by the selection panel. St Oswald’s Hospice does not accept liability in the publication of any reproduced art.
8. Anyone featured in the photos must provide written consent stating that they are happy to be included in the calendar.
9. This is a charitable competition with no financial reimbursement.
10. St Oswald’s Hospice have the right to close the competition early should we receive a high volume of applications.
