St Oswald’s Hospice Named Newcastle’s First Sustainable Fashion Week Hub

This year, we proudly took part in national campaign, ⁠Sustainable Fashion Week (SFW) – becoming the first ever official Hub in Newcastle!

From 27th September to 5th October, ⁠the space in Ouseburn hosted a packed week of creative, community focused events celebrating sustainable style, repair, and reuse. Visitors enjoyed everything from clothes swaps and craft workshops to our ever-popular £2 Kilo Sale and Makers Market – all while helping to raise vital funds for St Oswald’s Hospice.

The week was a fantastic success, welcoming lots of new faces to the space and sparking conversations around the importance of sustainable fashion. It was exciting to see our venue come alive with creativity and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and supported the events.
