Your tree will be collected anytime between Monday 5th January to Wednesday 21st January 2026 so please make sure it’s ready for collection and in the position you specified on your booking form.

If you selected on your booking form that you are waiting until after Twelfth Night for your tree collection, our team will be with you between Tuesday 6th January to Wednesday 21st January 2026.

Whether you opt for a collection before or after 12th night, your tree may not be collected until the final date of Wednesday 21st January 2026, so please do not contact us before this time as we will most likely still be working our way towards your address.

Unfortunately not. We keep our orders open for as long as possible to ensure we raise as much money for St Oswald’s Hospice. Our orders don’t all come through at the same time, so sometimes vans will be in the same area multiple times and we can’t provide specific date or time slots as there are many factors we need to consider when organising van routes.

Ensure your tree is stripped of all decorations and any pots they stand in and placed in the location you specified on your collection form.

No, leave all branches in tact and make sure you haven’t pulled branches off the tree. This is for recycling purposes.

Your tree should be no bigger than 8ft.

Yes. All baubles, tinsels and decorations need to be taken off your tree pre-collection and removed from any pots they stand in.

Whilst all efforts will be made to collect your tree, safety of our staff and volunteers is paramount and in extreme and rare circumstances we would either have to re-arrange or cancel your collection. Any new collection may fall after Wednesday 21st January 2026 and a full refund would be given if a cancellation was necessary.

Yes. Please specify on the booking form whether you would like to wait until after Twelfth Night for your tree to be collected. If you choose this option your tree will be collected anytime between Tuesday 6th January to Wednesday 21st January 2026.

We take all collected trees to local recycling centres. From here they are then turned into mulch/chippings which will be used for landscaping, play parks etc.

Yes! For the past few years, our collection slots have been fully booked within the first few days of January. We recommend booking your collection as soon as possible to secure your slot for 2026.
