Exciting News! Retail hub in Ouseburn will open soon!
Soon, we’ll be welcoming you to our new location on Ouse Street. This exciting new venture wouldn’t be possible without your incredible support—thank you!
Our 14,000 square foot hub will be buzzing with activity, here’s what you can expect…
First we’ll be launching a Donation Point open 6 days a week for your generous donations. Selling your second-hand items in our shops, means we can be there to care for patients and their families when they need us most.
We’re also opening the space—a multifunctional venue for pop-up shops, fundraisers, networking, and more. Stay tuned for updates!
Our sorting team have successfully moved from their old home in Walkergate to our much bigger and better warehouse in Ouseburn. The team have already been hard at work, sorting through your generous donations, getting them onto the vans and out to our shops.

- eBay Sales Assistant: Help identify and list valuable donations on our popular eBay page
- Sorting Volunteer: Sort, categorise and prepare donations for our shops
- Fashion Finder: Curate on-trend collections from our donated items
- Book Scanner (Shopiago): Scan barcodes of donated books onto online store Shopiago
