Held in July at Blackwell Grange, Darlington, the day began with coffee, tea and an all important bacon sandwich!
Alongside the golfing, players were able to try their luck at various games as they made their way around the course including Longest Drive, Nearest to the Pin and a Putting competition.
Post golf, teams headed back the Clubhouse for a well-earned BBQ lunch where the winners were proudly announced.
Peter Baxter at HYTORC said, “We thrilled to have raised over £2,500 for St Oswald’s Hospice. It’s wonderful to be able to support such a well-loved charity, and to help them to continue to provide vital care and support for those who need them.
“On behalf of HYTORC, a huge well done to everyone who took part. Congratulations to all our winners on the day, and a special shout out must go to Peter Scott, Corporate Account Manager, who kindly handled the registration and scoring for the event.”
After another successful year, the HYTORC team are already planning for their next golf day in 2026, and are looking forward to bringing their own team along to St Oswald’s Hospice charity golf day next month.
