the space is where anything can happen. From kilo sales to vintage markets, mending workshops to vinyl fairs, and social gatherings to support groups, our diverse event line-up has something for everyone.
Housed in our Retail Warehouse, the space is your go-to destination for one-of-a-kind and exciting pop-up shops. Our retail team have a knack for sourcing the coolest vintage clothes, homeware, and furniture – giving you the chance to discover unique items, all while supporting St Oswald’s Hospice.

Day 1: £3 per kilo – Fill a bag with clothes, shoes and accessories. New items will be added to the sale and topped up throughout the day.

When night falls in Ouseburn, the space by St Oswald’s Hospice can look a little…different.
Join us on Friday 8th May for The Late Shows as we open our doors after dark.
From 6pm onwards shop our vintage and vinyl market packet with weird, wonderful and quirky items that wouldn’t usually be seen in our shops…
Feeling creative? Drop into our overpainting sessions, grab a pre-loved artwork, and transform it into something entirely your own (all materials provided)
The events are free – just pop by and get stuck in!
For the first time ever, we’ll will be opening up our Ouseburn car park to create a buzzing indoor–outdoor event in partnership with Urban Park Market.
Soak up the community atmosphere and step into summer as the space by St Oswald’s Hospice is transformed into a feel‑good street party.
Browse vintage fashion, vinyl records and unique homeware, and enjoy food and drinks from local vendors, as well as handcrafted arts and crafts.
Double the space, double the deals, double the fun.
Please Note: Our car park will not be accessible due to the event taking place outside. If you are travelling by car you can park in the Cycle Hub Car Park.

Best charity shop find?
That's so hard as 90% of my life is charity shop finds! I'd have to say my mid century coffee table with a top that flips to become a footstool.
Favourite type of event?
I absolutely love a vintage event, whether it's clothes, furniture or bric-a-brac!
Best charity shop find?
A few years ago I got a black vintage Gucci Tom Ford era shoulder bag from the 90s.
Favourite type of event?
A good old-fashioned Car Boot. It’s the getting up early, the bartering, the smells, and seeing toys and clothes for sale that you had growing up; it all feels very nostalgic.
Best charity shop find?
Probably my Newcastle brown ale jumper!
Favourite type of event?
Definitely vinyl events.
