We’re on the lookout for an E-Commerce Team Leader to oversee St Oswald’s Hospice daily eBay operations, maximising profitability through efficient processing and listing of donations and leading a diverse team of staff and volunteers. Candidates must demonstrate strong eBay expertise and a passion for charity retail.

About you…

We’re looking for someone with a passion for charity retail and online sales, along with a creative flair.

You will:

  • Have experience in managing daily operations of an E-Commerce platform
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be numerate, literate and articulate
  • Have good IT skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel

You will be based at our Central Sort warehouse in Ouseburn, Byker.
