Research project – Exploring Racial Bias in Healthcare and Healthcare Education

A Survey of Healthcare Professionals

Understanding how healthcare professionals view racial bias is important for identifying barriers that may begin in their education.

These problems can come from poor training or the continuation of biased ideas in educational settings.

Addressing these issues can help create a more inclusive learning environment and increase awareness of health inequalities in the healthcare system.

This study looks to explore racial bias by surveying a range of healthcare professionals about their perceptions of racial bias in clinical practice and educational settings.
