St Oswald’s Adult Inpatient Unit provides Specialist Palliative Care for people with progressive life limiting illness. We aim to promote high quality care for patients and their families by adopting a holistic and individualised approach.
We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with a positive, can-do attitude who is self-motivated and committed to the principles of palliative care. You should enjoy working as part of a busy team, with the emotional strength and high levels of communication and prioritisation skills that are essential for this role. You will have a minimum of 1 year post registration experience, within a palliative care or comparable setting.

This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check (DBS) and involves direct contact with vulnerable adults, children, or other at-risk individuals. You will be expected to safeguard and promote the welfare of each child, young person and young adult, maintain an awareness of safeguarding issues and an understanding of standard reporting procedures.
You must have existing right to work in the UK for this role.
