  • A warm, confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude who thrives on meeting new people, building trust, and delivering results
  • A tenacious, sales-oriented individual who can work independently to develop and manage a strong pipeline, with a focus on stewardship and meaningful touchpoints
  • Creativity, strong organisation skills, and a collaborative spirit
  • Someone who is tenacious, able to work independently and to develop their own strong pipeline.
  • You will have experience of generating new business and building new relationships with businesses at all levels.

You’ll Need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A genuine passion for the work we do at St Oswald’s

What You’ll Get in Return

  • A fulfilling, purpose-driven role in a positive, values-led organisation
  • Opportunities for learning, development and creativity
  • Flexible working, a supportive environment
  • The chance to be part of something bigger – helping support local people at a time they need it most
