A Great North FUN-draiser for St Oswald's
Sign up nowThe needs of St Oswald’s patients don’t go away just because the Great North Run can’t go ahead. In fact, with most of our own planned events cancelled and our shops closed, they need the support of their local community more than ever. We wanted to give our amazingly supportive north east community a way to challenge themselves, have fun and raise money for St Oswald’s patients and families! It's free to join and open to everyone, whatever your ability and interests.
How does it work?
There are two great ways to get involved and it’s not just for runners!
Just choose your challenge and get started:
‘Challenge 13 Run’
No Great North Run this year? No problem! Take on ‘Challenge 13 Run’ at a time convenient to you. Simply complete as many miles as you can before 13th September! You could set yourself a target and ask friends and family to sponsor you per mile or an overall amount of their choice. For the more competitive amongst you, we even have a leader board to log how you are doing.
This challenge is open to everyone, no matter you age or abilities. It’s your own personal challenge to make every mile count for St Oswald’s Hospice – what will your target be?
