Theme Two: The Senses

We have five senses - sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Our senses are associated with the way we explore, interpret and experience the world around us. 

The Senses

During the coronavirus pandemic all of our senses have been affected – not because our senses themselves have changed, but because the environment in which we sense has been altered.

So using one of the greatest poets of the English language, W.B. Yeats, phrase “The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper” this fortnight we shall explore our current world by engaging all five senses.

Using our senses for mindful eating
