- IM&T Support Technician
You will be the technical lead for infrastructure, networks and services throughout St Oswald’s and be responsible for IM&T problems, ensuring where possible that all IT infrastructure, networks and service faults/queries are rectified within an appropriate timescale. You will develop, manage and maintain lifecycles for hardware and software and maintain inventory of assets. Escalate IM&T issues to the IM&T Manager and liaise with third party IM&T maintenance contractors to ensure resources can be made available to minimise risk and downtime.
You will help develop current IT systems, adopting new innovative technologies to ensure future technical sustainability and to lead, support and develop the IM&T technical staff and volunteers.
You will have:
- MSc in IT or equivalent experience
- Microsoft certified System Engineer qualification or be working towards it
