St Oswald’s Hospice are seeking a motivated individual to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to all members of the Strategy and Research team.  You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, developing, organising and maintaining systems to ensure it functions efficiently and effectively.

You will have:

  • Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • ITQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Key skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or O Level/GCSE in Maths and English, Grade C or above.
  • Significant secretarial/administrative experience and be able to take minutes
