Terms & Conditions of Entry

  • The lead booker takes responsibility for ensuring that all members within the Herd are capable of safely participating in the Patchwork Parade.
  • The lead booker will receive a confirmation email and understands that this needs to be retained for proof of purchase.
  • All participants understand that they take part entirely at their own risk – St Oswald’s Hospice and associated companies shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation.
  • The lead booker accepts responsibility for ensuring that participants are aware of the £15 minimum sponsorship.
  • Tickets are non refundable.
  • St Oswald’s Hospice are the main organisers of this event, as such your data will not be shared with any third parties. We will store and use your data in line with our standard Privacy Policy.
  • By taking part, all participants may be photographed during the event, to be used to publicise the event within St Oswald’s Hospice promotion.
  • An adult must accompany all children. Parent/Guardians must take full responsibility for children within their Herd during the entirety of the event.
  • Participants may be refused entry in to the Patchwork Parade where the organisers believe safety of others may be compromised.
  • If the Patchwork Parade is cancelled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavor to rearrange the event at the next earliest opportunity.
