Last year intu delivered a fantastic two day training course for our shop managers. The sessions were varied and covered a wide range of areas including; security management and how to respond to security issues such as shoplifting, customer service skills and how to deliver personalised service, and visual merchandising advice from some of intu’s top retailers such as John Lewis and House of Fraser. We were so grateful to intu for organising such brilliant training. The training was hugely informative and our managers left the session enthused with ideas which they’ve since been able to put into practise.
