Spooky Starlight Stroll - Sunderland
The date is set for this year's Spooky Starlight Stroll! Saturday 23rd October will see everyone donning their best Halloween fancy dress costumes in preparation to keep fit and raise money for St Oswald's Children's Service.
The walk starts at 10pm and will see a host of black cats, ghastly ghouls and wicked witches taking spooky steps to support our Children's Service. On the night expect eerie entertainment and a hair-raising atmosphere! Invite friends, family and colleagues - the more the scarier...
This year, our 10KM route will start and finish at the National Glass Centre Sunderland and is suitable for anyone over the age of 11.
Registration costs only £12 per person and this includes a goody bag, a t-shirt, fundraising support and breakfast at the end of the walk (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult).
To take part...
Please complete our online registration form. Alternatively call Lyn Cain on 0191 246 9123 or email lyncain@stoswaldsuk.org. Please note, registration closes on Wednesday 20th October 2010.
Last year we had around 200 walkers who helped to raise a fantastic £20,000 towards our Children's Service. Check out the photos of last years strollers at Starlight Stroll supporter gallery.
Thank you for your support, you're helping to make a real difference.
