  • Before confirming a clearance date, one of our representatives will meet with the owner or appointed person at the property to discuss the scope of the work involved. Then, we’ll look to agree a price and confirm the clearance date and time.

We will also provide you with a schedule of work to be completed and ask for an authorised signature.

  • All the items we remove from a property will either be taken directly to one of our retail units or to our warehouse for examination and sorting, before re-selling on to our customers.

If we find any personal documents or items during the clearance, we will try our best to return them to the relevant person.

  • I needed a house clearance and our local estate agent passed on the information about St Oswald's service. I was thrilled to have found it as it was excellent and I have already recommended it to people I know. I was thrilled that St Oswald's would benefit too.
