Great North Snowdogs is about building partnerships. It offers a unique opportunity for local businesses, schools, charities, artists, cultural organisations, community groups and individuals to team up and take part in Tyne and Wear’s biggest ever mass-participation art event.
Sponsors of the large, specially commissioned Snowdog sculptures (displayed in a specially chosen location) will gain the opportunity to showcase their organisation’s brand and its services, whilst accessing an array of marketing and PR opportunities.
Great North Snowdogs will be on display in public spaces across Tyne and Wear for 10 weeks from September - November 2016, each individually design and created by an artist. The Snowdog trail will be a creative magnet for media attention. Similar trails have attracted thousands of local, regional and national visitors - making a significant impact on the economic and cultural life of the region.
