It’s the ultimate charity challenge – a 120 mph freefall skydive!

 Dates: Various dates available

We’ve teamed up with Skydive Academy in Peterlee to offer charity skydives throughout the year so you can complete your Life List challenges when it suits you – and the weather.

A team of qualified, experienced instructors from the Academy will guide you through your jump, ensuring you feel confident and fully enjoy the experience.

What to expect?

Partnering with Skydive Academy at Peterlee Parachute Centre this year, St Oswald’s are able to offer you the chance to complete your Life List skydiving challenge whenever it suits your schedule – and the weather. Choose from either a tandem skydive or a static-line parachute jump to complete your challenge. The team of qualified and experienced instructors over at Skydive Academy will guide you throughout the experience to ensure that you get the most out of your skydive.

Who can take part?

Anyone over the age of 16 with the appropriate levels of fitness can take part in the challenge. Prior to training, a completed Declaration of Fitness needs to be presented. More information regarding the requirements outlined in the British Parachute Association (BPA) forms can be found on the Skydive Academy website.

What is included?

Training is given prior to the actual skydive taking place later that day, or the day after for the static-line parachute jump, subject to weather conditions.
