Sunderland Carers' Centre offers a confidential advice, information and support service to carers throughout the City of Sunderland (including Houghton-le-Spring, Hetton-le-Hole, Easington Lane and Washington).
This is a group for young people who care for a family member with a long-term illness or disability, including a brother or sister who is disabled.
The group for 4 to 12 year olds meets on a Saturday, while the club for those aged 13+ meet on a Monday evening.
The groups plan activities and outings, learn new skills and meet other people. Extra activities are organised for school holidays
