Physiotherapists
There are four part-time Physiotherapists and a Physiotherapy Assistant at St Oswald’s. Physiotherapy covers a wide range of services including:
- Provision of exercise programmes to improve mobility
- Provision of appropriate walking aids
- Participation in rehabilitation planning and assessment
- Advice on moving and handling.
Our Physiotherapists are also trained in acupuncture, which can be used to relieve certain types of pain.
