Lymphoedema Management Diploma

Here at St Oswald's we are specialists in Lymphoedema Management. We work closely alongside our colleagues at Glasgow University to provide training and education which is part of the University of Glasgow Graduate Diploma in Lymphoedema Management.

The diploma offers a comprehensive range of educational opportunities for nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists from any setting to develop knowledge and skills in the assessment, diagnosis and management of people with lymphoedema or chronic oedema with lymphatic insufficiency.  All courses have a strong clinical focus that is supported through involvement and collaborative work with practitioners.

Kath Clark (Day Services Manager) and Jill Lisle (Lymphoedema Team Leader) are both Honorary Lecturers and Dr Andrew Hughes (Consultant in Palliative Medicine) is a Senior Honorary Lecturer.  Kath, Jill and Andrew all hold courses in the Coleman Education Building at St Oswald's Hospice.
